Shipping
All orders come with free delivery within Singapore.
Orders above S$50 will be delivered via complimentary courier delivery. All other orders will be eligible for delivery via free ordinary mail* or courier delivery at S$3.90. If you require same-day delivery, this service is available at a flat rate of S$20.
*Please note that this option isn't trackable and any parcels lost in transit will not be able to be tracked.
All orders placed on our website before 12 noon on a business day will be eligible for same-day delivery at a flat rate of S$20. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered on the next business day.
This service is not available on weekends and public holidays. Any same-day delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
A notification will be sent to you once your order is on its way to you.
For local orders, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 business days of placing your order.
For international orders, you can expect to receive your order within 15 - 25 business days, depending on where you are located.
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of S$40 for international delivery to over 60 countries all over the world with no minimum spend required. Please click here to check if your destination is on the list of countries we deliver to.
All local import duties and taxes that may be imposed at the destination are to be borne solely by the recipient.
Returns
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, or if you have purchased the wrong colour or size, we are happy to arrange for an exchange or a refund in store credits within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. All items must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Please note that books and magazines, cards and notebooks, sleep masks and hair accessories are not eligible for returns. All other items can be returned unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our returns policy.
Any refund will be made in the form of store credits, which do not have an expiry in terms of validity.
Items purchased during a sale or using a promotional code will not be eligible for returns.
Please send an email to us at hello@homewithannette.com, specifying (a) your order number and (b) the item you wish to return. Upon our receipt of your email, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
All shipping costs associated with making a return are to be borne solely by the customer.
